notes: This will replace the
points and condenser in your distributor giving you a point-less
electronic ignition. Manufacturer test
results show the Ignitor delivers twice the voltage to the spark
plugs, increasing horsepower, fuel economy and plug life. Also
comes with 30-month manufacturer warranty. We recommend keeping
the replaced points and condenser in your car with you so if
anything ever does go wrong, you can still get home. It is
recommended that you use the 00012 Bosch Blue Coil with the
internal ballast resistor. Will not work with HEI-style coils or
a coil that is registering less than 3.0 ohms of resistance.
Only fits
Bosch 0231178009, 9230081094, and 9230081050 Mechanical Advance Distributors run on 12v
motors. This will work with most aftermarket 009 distributors.
Easy install - comes with directions. However, be careful to
follow the directions and not
wire it backwards.
