The 72-74 Karmann Ghias
and the Type 4's which had a unique attachment point on the speedometer for the cable.
While the correct cable for these years is for the most part
unavailable, this cap and spring kit will allow you to use a
regular in it's place. You will need to remove the stock
attaching cap from the cable and replace it with this kit. |

For Karmann Ghias, you should use the 111957801H or 111957801J
cable with this cap.
These cables are not included with the cap - they
must be ordered separately! |
