notes: These are
the good quality seals that come with the wire tube. Beware of
cheaper versions that are made from poor materials or don't have
the wire tube. This seal will be exposed to constant weather on
top of the fender (sun, rain, snow) and constant road elements
under the fender (rocks, grease, oil). An inferior seal will
soon show it's faults under these conditions. Buy the quality
seal once and be done with it!
Installation will require removing your turn signal assemblies
from the fenders. This is a good time to clean the contacts on
your bulb holders, wash or replace your turn signal lens, and
clean / polish your chrome housing.

noted. At this time, these are the best turn
signal seals for the 58-63 Beetles we can find. Unfortunately,
they still aren't very durable and will tend to show cracks around
the edges before too long. While we will continue to search for
some top-quality German seals, in the meantime, especially for the
price, these aren't bad.
