Some Notes on our Retail Store and the Covid Pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic we made the following changes to how our retail store operates and while we seem to be on the downhill slope of the pandemic we are going to maintain some of these changes:

1) We have rearranged the store to eliminate browsing. You can still come in the store to shop however we're basically functioning as a parts counter now. Rearranging a store isn't easy and we've gotten into a nice groove with the new layout so we're probably going to keep it this way.
2) Stock levels on our website are not guaranteed to be correct so if you're making a trip to the store to get something, even more so if it's a long trip, please call first to check availability.
3) Our public bathroom will continue to be closed - no exceptions.
4) If you are sick, we would prefer you use our curbside service. Please do not come into the store if you're sick. This includes Covid, the Flu, being a Nickleback fan, etc.
5) Masks are NOT required to come into our store but if you prefer to wear one them by all means go for it. If you want to wear a mask but forgot to bring one we have free masks available. And while we are all vaccinated, we will for the most part continue to wear a mask. While masks are no fun we're saving a fortune on toothpaste and breath mints.
6) Our retail store hours are currently limited to 12-5 Tuesday-Friday and 10-2 Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. Our website order volume continues to be very high so our counter hours are going to continue to be limited to accommodate this.
7) Phone calls will be answered as much as possible but if we don't answer during our business hours, it just means we're extremely busy so give us some time and please call back.
