If you call and we do not pick up, don't worry - we are most likely in the warehouse or helping other customers so please try to call back again a little later. You can also email us and let us know when is a good time to call you. Be sure to let us know what time zone you are in so we don't call you at the wrong time!

For info related to an order you have already placed or if you need help placing an order: - If you need info about an order you have placed please give us your order number or some other way to identify you. E-mails that ask "Where's my order? Thanks, Bob" will be kicked to the back of the line.

For info about a particular part: - If you are needing information on parts, please let us know the model and year of your VW. Our current inventory on a part can be found by clicking the cart icon next to the part listing which will take you the detail page for that part. Also, if you are needing prices on parts, please check through the website first. Due to time constraints, we are only able to give prices on parts via email on items not currently listed on the site! E-mails that ask how much it would cost for every seal on a 1967 Ghia will usually be ignored.

For info about returns or warranty issues: - For a non-warranty return issue, first make sure your order can be returned by reading our page on Returns. If so or if it is a warranty, then please include your order number, full name and address, the parts you need to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any item back to us without us giving you an RA number - your package will be refused.

For technical help: - Please include your order number or your full name and address and the be specific on your technical question. We can only give tech help on parts you purchased from us.
If you are looking for a shipping quote, you must give us your address.
