the fact that these are made in China scare you off! These are
top-quality, brand-new connecting rods at a price that can't be
beat! As a rule, we've tried to stay away from most of the parts
that are made in China for quality reasons. However, the OE
Brand parts for VW have been excellent and we are slowly
starting to carry them, especially when an alternative is not
available (good quality rebuilt rods are just running scarce).
